This week (April 15 - 21) marks National Volunteer Appreciation Week. The JBJ Soul Kitchen would like to offer a hearty "Thank You" to all of the many volunteers (past, present, and those we've yet to meet) who have donated their time and energy in order to help us fulfill our mission. Monday night, February 27th JBJ Soul Kitchen was transformed into a casual, yet elegant dining room with the accents of yellow calla lilies and candle light adorning the table settings. White linens and the bright yellow menus on every table set the mood for what was to become our first guest chef night.
